BUSY BEE DATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Organization Busy Bee Dating (“BBD”), a division of iLeftword Entertainment LLC, organizes events for social networking to broker introductions that may or may not lead to social interaction among single people (“Event”, “Events”). Terms of Use This is a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between yourself (“User”) and BBD. By utilizing Busy Bee’s website ileftword.com/busybee.php (“Website”) and services, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time by BBD. If User does not agree to the terms set forth in this document, User may not use the Website or participate in its Events. BBD Events are for Users who are 21 years of age or older. Any information provided by User must be true, accurate, and complete. User is prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered illegal, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be in violation of any law of the United States of America or the State of California. User will return any and all materials provided by Busy Bee Dating at the end of every Event. User agrees not to solicit, advertise, or market any products or services whatsoever to any BBD participants in any BBD Events. By participating in one of our events, User hereby grants to BBD the right to use User’s likeness and/or pictures on BBD’s Website, advertising materials, and other Event-related materials. Busy Bee Dating reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. FEES By completing the registration process for a BBD Event, User agrees to pay the Admission Fee (“Fee”) charge shown on the payment page of the BBD Website. BBD Events rely on an equal male-to-female ratio of attendees. BBD does not issue refunds for any Events. If there is any dispute regarding payment, User agrees to contact BBD within thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute. Rights and Ownership Busy Bee Dating owns and retains all proprietary rights in all services offered by BBD including any and all content on the Website and paper materials provided at Events. The terms “Busy Bee Dating” and “Find Your Honey” are trademarks of ileftword.com. Rights to copyrights and other relevant intellectual property exist on all texts relating to BBD’s services, including the content of the Website. All designs, trademarks, service marks, or logos offered by BBD are exclusively owned by BBD with all rights in BBD’s services remaining vested in BBD. Privacy Policy Busy Bee Dating is committed to protecting User’s privacy. The personal information which User has submitted to BBD will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless authorized by User or as required by law. For speed dating events, only the personal contact information supplied by User will be shared with the User’s Event counterpart. DISCLAIMER Busy Bee Dating is not a matchmaking service and does not perform background checks on or screen any individuals participating in our events. BBD bears no responsibility whatsoever for the outcome of any relationships that may or may not form between User and another individual that User meets as a result of a BBD Event. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Busy Bee Dating, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, event organizers, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees, and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities, or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with any and all of the services that BBD provides or claims to provide as well as communications or meetings that User arranges on User’s own volition and on User’s own time with others who have participated in one of BBD’s Events. Further, User agrees not to initiate any claim whatsoever against BBD as a result of any BBD Events and activities. User agrees to take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication, or date. By registering with BBD, User is agreeing that BBD is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of a BBD Event. BBD does not make any guarantees, warranties or predictions of a result relating to its services. Busy Bee Dating events are held at third party venues at which BBD and its associates claim no responsibility or liability for conditions on the premises. In the event that User is injured or suffers damages of any kind at a BBD Event, User agrees to release BBD and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.
